Nowadays,lots of teenagers have no ideas what they ought to do in over coming difficulties.Therefore,they usually choose to avoid challenging difficulties.Compared with escaping difficulties,working hard is my preference.
Why? Because as we all know,hard-working is one of the most important condifions for success.Meanwhile,it is pretty useful for our lives.Not only can we learn some new knowledge by working hard,but also we can do better in the futrue.Working hard in over coming difficulties can make us more confident as well as more patient.

Nowadays students in schools often have to face lots of pressure, Compared with other ways to defeat difficulties, being patient is my preference. Why?
Because when I face difficulties like exams, being patient is a basic skill. Without it, we can`t make our mind clear. Last week I had an examination, though I didn`t have enough review, I also get a good grade by telling myself to be patience. Other ways can`t do that.

这个句子里缺少一个what，that是引导同位语从句，what是同位语从句中的need的宾语，如果你不懂语法可以不去管他，但是你知道what和that不能省略就行了！“Prepared with giving up,keeping patient is my preference.” prepared 应该改为compared吧~

What we need in overcoming difficulties is confidence
In modern society being confident is more important, I think.
Once I was given a chance to give a speech to all my classmates. As I heard this, nervousness was my first feeling. When I was preparing for the speech some words appeared in my mind, “It is so difficult for me to finish it. May I give up it ?”
The next day, I went to school and told this to my headteacher. However, what she said made me feel very contident. “It ‘s your only chance in this term , if you give up it, you’ll regret what you’re doing. You should’t give up. Trust yourself , and you’ll make it.”
When I was giving the speech , I felt more confident. At last , confidence helped me to finish the speech .
All In all , I hold an opinion that confidence Is the most important in evercoming difficulties.

Everyone living in the world may meet a number of difficulties. Comparing with patience , hardworking and so on, confidence is more important.
You know why?
Because confidence is an important part of overcoming difficulties. Not only can we be not afraid of difficulties , but also we can encourage ourselves . For example , one year ago, I had difficulties studying Maths , but I didn’t lose confidence. I kept doing exercises and always encouraged myself not to give up. And finally , my Maths was improved.

Nowadays , different people may have different difficulties from time to time in the modern society. Some happen at their work, some happen at their home others happen at their school. So. What we need when we face to these difficulties? The key should be belief.
You know why?
During the last term, one day. My English teacher Mrs Wang recommended me to take part in an English speaking competition in our school. This made me very embarrassed because English was a problem for me. But with the teacher's help,I prepared very carefully and solve these problems.At the same time, I also deemed that I will win the prize. At the end, to my surprise,I even won the first prize. Perhaps we sometimes feel anxious about the difficulties that we have to face.That is normal ,because anyone can’t be so lucky that he can go ahead smoothly all the time.It’s no doubt that we need to try our best to get through it.In my opinion,compared with courage,patience and confidence,hardworking is the most important thing to overcome it.
I still remember that hard period three years ago.Then I was preparing the exam that decided if I could go to a good middle school.I was very worried and nervers.Being a aspirant girl,I didn’t allow myself to fail it.So I studied hard all day and all night.I did a large quantities of exercises every day and forced myself to remember many many knowledge.Though it made me very tired,I finally entered my ideal school.
